Adventure

Welcome to my Summer Collection. Thank you for being here.

My Print Sale will be active August 4-14, 2025.

Do you want to enjoy the whole collection? If you buy 4 prints, I will send you the 5th for free.

I will be ordering all the purchased prints at the end of the sale from a lab in the Midwest, signing them, and shipping them out to you through USPS by August 26th.

After the sale, I will be increasing the prices, and ending the final image for free and included story bonuses.

Summer is made for adventure! Getting outside and connecting with the natural world.

Calm your mind while nurturing your playful soul. Take some time to remember “fun in the sun” with the special people in your life, but look at it from under the stars.

Let the night showcase its magic and wonder. Say hello to feelings you may not have noticed for a while, like excitement and adventure.

Gaze into the night sky and listen to the sounds of the world you don’t normally have time for during busy days.

Put these images up on your wall to bring the calm of the night sky, and sense of summer adventure into your mind, and your life, all year long.

Step into Adventure

Click on each image for a story about the piece.

The story will be mailed to you along with your signed print when you make a purchase during this print sale.

Walk the Shore

Share the waves with the stars. Find the perfect rock that will remind you of this adventure long after it's over.

Paddle the Lake

Watch as life slows for a little while. Enjoy the summer and take it all in. Take time to invest in yourself and the amazing memories you are making with your family.

Climb the Rocks

Like a kid on an epic camping adventure, remember the feeling of triumph reaching the top of the hill.

Explore the Land

Meander the forest looking for firewood. Think back to the smell of the campfire warming your face on cold summer nights under the stars.

Fish the Pond

Take some time to slow down and find patience. Soak in the summer air and the comfort of familiarity.

Art can be a representation of real life, or send us on a journey we didn’t even know our hearts were craving. Art can ramp up strong emotions, or calm our minds in ways little else can.

I strive to bring peace, calm, and balance into my art. Feelings of ease and rest many of us just can’t find in our ultra busy everyday lives. A sense of amazement and wonder at the universe that is always surrounding us, even when we have little time or opportunity to experience it first hand.

Light pollution prevents us from witnessing much of the beauty in the night sky. My camera and editing techniques allow me to show more of that wonder in my art.

I named this collection Step into Adventure because it really explores the type of fun we like to have on summer vacations shared with our families. Everything from the amazing memorable trips to the lazy days of summer.

These images can bring back memories of wading knee deep in the water with your Nana while the minnows gave your toes a nibble, like a natural pedicure. They can bring up memories of making dribble castles on the beach with your siblings and cousins, competing for who could make the tallest one before they all fell over or got lapped up by the waves.

Maybe you used to go fishing with your Dad or Papaw. Perhaps these days you take your grandkids fishing as often as possible. This collection can help you stop and remember when time went by slowly as you waited for the next fish to bite. When you learned and immersed yourselves in nature together.

This art can stir up feelings of epic road trip adventures to once in a lifetime places. Even though none of these images are actually of iconic places, they can instill the same feelings when we let the art speak to our minds, souls, and memories.

Step into Adventure can remind you that places you maybe visited every year are just as important as any of those once in a lifetime places as they leave a lasting legacy for your family.

Image size and paper type are examples of ways artists can truly share their art with you the way they want it to be seen and experienced.

I wanted to choose a print size, and a paper type that would help bring my pieces together as a cohesive collection. Making each piece the same size, that worked well for each image, and choosing a paper that emphasizes the best parts of the art, were important factors for finalizing my product. I wanted the pieces to each work well on its own, but to also look great if hung together as a collection.

Each of my collection artworks is 16x20 inches and printed on archival photographic metallic paper.

Archival paper is important to me because I want you to enjoy the art for your lifetime, and all the lifetimes of anyone you want to share it with. This art will last well over 100 years. I chose the 16x20 size because I feel that it shows the most important parts of each of the images. It also allows me to price my art lower because the images are less expensive to produce than larger 24x36 inch prints would be (the frames and mats will be less expensive to purchase as well). Consistent sizing means the images will look great hanging next to each other, and will be easy to frame. 16x20 is a standard print, frame, and matting size. This means you could get a standard 20x24 inch mat cut for a 16x20 picture. It would mount perfectly, and fit easily inside a 20x24 inch picture frame.

I recommend a simple white mat inside a plain black frame.

That being said, I have some dark brown wood frames I adore, and these images look impeccable in them as well. Go with what feels right to you. Just know whatever you decide, the framing job will be simplified due to the standard sizing of the art. It is my thought that easier framing means you will hang and be able to enjoy your art much sooner.

I’m going to be honest with you, I am a small one woman business, and I am nervous to try to navigate international shipping, and the taxes that come with it. Therefore, at this point in my business I am only shipping in the USA. My dream is that future Cori finds this hilarious because of course it’s not that bad, or hard, but for now I am avoiding it. I am more of an artist, and less of an accountant. Thanks for your understanding.

I am going to batch order everyone’s prints at the end of the sale (around August 15th). I will receive them from the lab and prepare each individual order. I will title and sign the back of each print, and include a bonus story about its creation. I will then package it up in a mailing tube to keep the photo print safe, and send it to you via USPS ground advantage.

Figuring out shipping costs are another thing about my small business that I loathe. To simplify this process, and reduce my stress level, I am charging a flat shipping rate to help me defer the cost of shipping, both from the lab to me, and from me to you. This flat fee is going to be imperfect, but as so much of life is imperfect, I am not going to worry about it. The flat fee I am charging for shipping to the US is $10. Easy to figure on top of the art price, and a steal of a deal for you, as it’s really double shipping.

This timeline means you should be able to close out your summer with your Cojack Photography original art print. Just in time to feel those summer vibes for the rest of the year, and many more to come.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my Artsy Fartsy heart for being here, and stepping into my adventure!
