 FAQs

  • For now, I ship to the United States. I am brand new to the business world, and wanted to start small. I think it’s okay to start where it feels comfortable, an expand from there.

  • Prints can be sent in 2 ways, you choose your method during checkout. The options are to have it sent directly to you from the lab, or for me to receive it first and then send it on to you.

    I send prints from the lab and in-stock items through USPS Ground Advantage. My goal is to get orders shipped out within 2 business days from purchase, at which point you will receive an email that your order is on the way.

  • Getting my hands on the art first and then sending to you myself allows me to check for quality assurance and control. I will also title and sign the print.

    There is also the possibility I will send a freebie with your order if it comes from my home. I love giving away artsy goodies when I have them available.

  • I have a satisfaction guarantee, that means I will send you a new item ASAP. I want you to commit to your purchase before ordering. However, if there is a problem I want to be able to fix it.

  • The best way to see how large a photo looks is to observe the size in the image of me holding the print. I also have many mock-ups included in product images, but want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I am happy to show you a free mock-up of the art in your space before purchase. You just need to send me a photo of the space, and I will create an example of how the art you are considering will look.

  • This is determined on a case by case basis, but generally no. I offer a replacement if something is damaged, but do not normally offer refunds of purchases. I thank you for supporting my art and family.

  • Thank you for your interest in my work, but no. I do not offer my photography as NTFs. I do not sell any of my work digitally.
