Total Lunar and Solar Eclipse Mashup 12x12

A 12x12 inch square image professionally printed on archival paper. It arrives ready for you to mat or frame and hang on your wall. This photo would look great framed in a simple black 12x12 inch square frame as is, or mounted in a 16x16 inch white mat and then framed. 

This image shows two Total Eclipse events together in one image. A composite image, I took both photos from the same location in my backyard, the events were less than a year apart, and occurred in roughly the same location in the sky as well. All of this combined led to my idea of creating this fun mashup.

During the Lunar Eclipse it was so amazing to see, and get to photograph, a full blood moon with stars shining in the sky at the same time. I actually feel like I could see more stars in the sky than I normally can in the area (my backyard). I also feel like the animals were aware something was different/not quite normal. The animal noises got quiet, and then a little frantic before returning more back to normal.

During the Solar Eclipse it was amazing to see the little black hole above us once we could remove our Solar Eclipse glasses and filters. The entire horizon 360 degrees all the way around had sunset colors, and the animals went silent. We had a short 2 minute experience and then it was snap back to normal, but it was eerie cool for a minute, and something outstanding to behold.
